By enrolling your dog at Camp 4 Paws, you (the owner/guardian) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠General Care

• All dogs attending Camp 4 Paws must be in good health, up to date with vaccinations, and free from contagious conditions, parasites, or illness.

• Owners must inform us of any changes to their dog’s health, behaviour, or circumstances.

• Dogs must arrive and leave on a secure lead. ​

 

2.⁠ ⁠Behaviour & Mixing

• Camp 4 Paws is a social daycare environment where dogs play and interact.

• By enrolling, you confirm that you are happy for your dog to mix with other dogs in both indoor and outdoor play areas.

• While we take every reasonable measure to ensure safe play, minor scratches, nicks, and play-related injuries can occur. Camp 4 Paws accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from normal dog interaction.

3.⁠ ⁠Safety & Liability

• All play areas are fully secure and supervised, however, dogs are living animals and interactions cannot be entirely risk-free.

• Camp 4 Paws staff are trained to manage group play, but we are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or death of a pet. 

• Owners remain responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog to property, staff, or other dogs.

4.⁠ ⁠Veterinary Care

• In the event of illness or injury, Camp 4 Paws will contact you immediately. If urgent treatment is required and you cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary attention for your dog.

• Owners are responsible for any veterinary costs incurred.

5.⁠ ⁠Vaccinations & Health

• All dogs must be fully vaccinated against DHP and kennel cough before attending.

• Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to your dog’s first day.

• Dogs must be regularly wormed and treated for fleas/ticks.

6.⁠ ⁠Neutering Policy

• To maintain a safe and balanced daycare environment, all dogs must be neutered.

• Small breeds: by 6 months old

• Medium/large breeds: by 9 months old

• Dogs that are not neutered by these ages may no longer attend daycare.

• Females in season will not be permitted to attend.

7.⁠ ⁠Payments & Cancellations

• Payments are made monthly by bank transfer in advance.

• Monthly fees already include a holiday allowance and Christmas closure.

• No refunds are given for missed days outside of this allowance.

• Late payments may result in suspension of your dog’s place.

8.⁠ ⁠Media

• We may take photographs or videos of dogs at play for social media and promotional use. By enrolling your dog, you give permission for us to use such media unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

9.⁠ ⁠Owner Responsibility

• Owners must provide accurate emergency contact details.

• Owners accept that daycare is not without risk and agree to indemnify Camp 4 Paws against all claims, costs, and liabilities.
